This Refunds and Returns policy first covers our Grow-Your-Own Subscription Boxes, then our one-off Gardening Gear items.
Grow-Your-Own Subscription Boxes
Our Grow-Your-Own Subscription Boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
They are bespoke packed and their contents changes each month, meaning we can't re-use them if they are returned to us.
With our one-off Gardening Gear products, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and as-new. The item must be in the original packaging and you'll need the receipt/proof of purchase. Furthermore, we require a tracking number and proof of delivery when you return the item in order to be able to process your refund.
Once we receive your item, we'll check it out and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You'll then receive your money back within 1 working day.
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.
If your order is returned to us owing to one of the following issues:
- Address incomplete or inaccessible
- Addressee gone away
- Parcel not called for
Then you may either request a refund or for the item to be returned. Both options will be subject to a £3.99 postage and handling fee. This is to cover the shipping cost of sending the parcel out and an admin fee for managing this.
Any Other Issues
If there's anything wrong with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue. If we're at fault, we'll do our best to fix it for you.
