ROASTED RADISHES
Roasting radishes mellows their peppery kick, and brings out a natural sweetness.
The perfect way to add a pop of colour to your roasts, bbqs & dinner parties.
Ingredients
(for 1 person)
400g of radishes
6 garlic cloves, unpeeled & bashed
Plenty of olive oil
Salt & pepper
Step 1
Heat the oven to 200°
Step 2
Tip the radishes and bashed garlic cloves into a roasting tin, season well and drizzle with oil. Toss to coat the radishes and garlic.
Step 3
Roast for 30-40 mins, or until the radishes are tender. Squeeze the garlic from its skins, then stir gently and serve.
