This is a take on Thomas Straker's wild garlic bread but we've used rocket - you'll never go back to bog standard garlic bread after this...
Ingredients (feeds 4 -6)
500g soft butter
1 loaf of ciabatta
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Blend the rocket, butter and salt in a food processor until it’s BRIGHT green.
Slice the ciabatta into 2cm slices almost all the way through and spoon the butter mix into the gaps. Wrap in tin foil and bake in the oven at 200C for 20 minutes.
Cut the wild garlic bread. Sprinkle the sh*t out of it with parmesan and try not to eat the entire loaf in one sitting.
