The earthy flavours of red mustard really come through with this dish. It's so simple!
4tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, smashed and chopped
small handful of dried red chilies
550g mustard greens, cut into 1 cm long pieces
1½ tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
salt to taste
Heat the oil in a wok over a medium heat. Add the garlic and chilli peppers and cook for a minute.
Now add the mustard greens, turning up the heat. Then add the sugar, sesame oil and salt.
Cover the wok with a lid and let it cook for about 45 seconds to a minute. Now uncover, stirring the greens. You're good to go!
